If you wish to delete your account, please open the app and go to the homepage, then tap the profile icon in the top right corner, and navigate to “Security” “︁Delete account.”︁ Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process. The account deletion request is usually reviewed within 1 business day. Once approved, please log out to finalize the process.
Please note:
1. After deleting your account, you won’t be able to log in again. Please ensure all funds are withdrawn before proceeding.
2. In accordance with regulatory requirements, deleting your account does not automatically delete your registered personal information. If you simply no longer wish to use the account, you may also choose to uninstall the app. If you need to update or remove any linked information, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
