Please try the following methods if you are having trouble receiving the verification code via SMS or email:
SMS verification code
- Enable "Airplane mode" for one minute, then disable it.
- Move to an area with better signal reception and try to request the verification code again.
- Check if your SMS inbox is full.
- Disable the SMS blocking features on your phone operating system or third-party apps that can block SMS messages.
- Try again a few more times, as the system may switch senders to improve delivery success.
- Check if your phone is currently able to receive messages.
- If your phone has been on for a long period of time, try rebooting it.
- If you are using a dual-SIM phone, try swapping the slots of the two SIM cards.
- Check if your SMS inbox is full and delete some messages if needed.
- Check if there are apps like "Message Manager" that might be intercepting messages. If so, uninstall them and try again.
- Check if you have enabled a blacklist filter.
- Phone brands like Xiaomi or Huawei may experience issues due to malicious widgets or plugins.
- For iPhone users, please check the messages blacklist setting to see if the SMS sender’s number was accidentally added to the blacklist.
Email verification code
- Switch Wi-Fi or cellular data, or restart your network connection.
- Close all software, restart your phone or device, then try to request the verification code again.
- Check if your email inbox is full.
- Check if the verification email was flagged as spam or sent to the promotions folder.
- Outlook users: Check the "Junk Email" folder, review the junk mail rules, clear blocked senders and domains, and then request the verification email again.
- QQ email users: Check the "Spam" folder, review the anti-spam rules, clear blacklisted senders and domains, set the "Spam Handling" option to “Accept,” then request the verification email again.
- Try again a few more times, as the system may switch senders to improve delivery success.
