Q. How do I sign up?
A: Use the "Log In/Sign Up" button on the homepage and select "Sign up now" below. Simply provide your email or phone number and enter the verification code to create your account.
Q. How many accounts can one person have?
A: To protect user rights, our platform allows only one account per user. Each valid ID number can be used to register one account only. For the security of your personal information, please do not share your ID with others to create an account.
Q: How do I delete my account information?
A: In compliance with data protection regulations, WEEX cannot directly delete user information. If you no longer wish to use your account, simply stop accessing the platform.
Q: How can I view my login history?
A: After logging in, go to the icon on the top left "Security" "Login history" to view your login records. This helps you monitor account activity. If you notice any unfamiliar device access, please contact customer service immediately.
Q. Where can I find my capital flow/records of transactions?
A: Go to "Assets" at the bottom right of the homepage, then select "Futures" or "Spot Pro" "History" to view your capital flow.
