Deposits of different crypto cannot be credited. Please ensure that the crypto you are depositing matches the platform's crypto exactly. Any discrepancy in the full name of the crypto may result in the deposit not being credited.

Depositing to the wrong address or network may result in the deposit not being credited. For example, carefully verify the deposit address and network before depositing. Do not deposit ETH to a BTC address or BNB to an ERC20 address. Also, do not deposit ERC20 assets to a native chain network or other networks, as this will result in assets not being credited.

Not meeting the minimum deposit amount may result in the deposit not being credited. The platform's deposit page clearly indicates the minimum deposit amount required. If your deposit amount does not meet the minimum unit requirement, it will not be credited.
Incorrect Chain Notice:
If you deposit or withdraw crypto to an incorrect address, please note that WEEX will not bear any responsibility for your losses. If you withdraw crypto from WEEX to an incorrect address, WEEX cannot assist in retrieving the crypto. If you deposit crypto in a way that WEEX does not support or with a crypto that WEEX does not support, the crypto cannot be retrieved. If you deposit a crypto that WEEX does not currently support or does not support at all, please also note that WEEX will not bear any responsibility for your losses.
