Dear WEEX Affiliates,
Welcome to the onboarding for our Affiliate Program! Here's some helpful information to help you learn about the functions available in our Affiliate portal.
FAQ on Affiliate-related issues:
1. What is the difference between 'Direct Sub-Affiliates,' 'Direct Invitees,' and 'Indirect Invitees'?
Direct Sub-Affiliates: These are affiliates who are your direct subordinates.
Direct Invitees: Users who were directly invited by you, and are your direct referrals.
Indirect Invitees: These users have no direct inviter-invitee relationship with you, but have been invited by your subordinate affiliates, or the users under the sub-affiliates (these sub-affiliates do not currently have the WEEX Affiliate status).
2. Why didn't I receive commissions after my sub-invitees have traded?
1) The users in your network may have used a futures bonus or coupon to offset the trading fee, resulting in no actual real-value transaction fees being incurred, so there are no commissions generated.
2) The users who have traded and generated fees are not your direct sub-affiliates or invitees. There is no commission rate difference between you and the direct inviter of the user who did the trading.
3) The updating of the data may have been delayed after the trade was completed (delays can take about an hour).
4) Other reasons are risk control issues related to the account that conducted the trading activity.
3. Why is there a mismatch between transaction fees and transaction volume?
1) WEEX has different fee rates for different affiliates, invitees, and users. Additionally, we have the VIP program where trading fee discounts are applied based on the VIP levels. The calculation method varies based on all your invitees' fee rates and discounts.
2) The users in your network may have used a futures bonus or coupon to offset the trading fee, resulting in no actual real-value transaction fees being incurred, so there will be a mismatch between the transaction fees and trading volume when calculating fees.
3) There will be no transaction fees incurred if the users under you in your network completed their trades using the futures bonus or coupon directly, without using actual real-value assets.
4. Why has the rebate ratio been changed?
The rebate ratio of your superior affiliate or your direct referrer has been adjusted. For details, please contact your BD or inviter.
5. Why is the affiliate account being restricted?
If you find that your account cannot be used to trade, deposit, withdraw, or log in normally, there might be the reasons which are related to risk control issues. Please reach out to your superior or BD to escalate the issue of your account's situation. Alternatively, you can contact WEEX customer service directly for assistance.
6. How do I upgrade the invited direct users to sub-affiliates?
The upgrading of direct invitees to sub-affiliates by the superior is currently not supported. Please reach out to your BD to escalate the application to the official WEEX team. Our internal team will check the escalated issue and confirm if this can be approved, and we will follow up by proceeding with an upgrade if it is approved.
7. Why is the invited user's information not shown in the inviter's affiliate portal?
Please confirm if you clicked the link you shared to register and whether the registration UID is correct. If all the details are correct, please contact your superior to reach out to our customer service for further checking.
