To enhance the stability and service quality of our platform, we will be conducting two scheduled updates. During these updates, some functionalities may be temporarily affected. The details are as follows:

Update Details:

1. Database Version Upgrade

•Date & Time: November 13, 2024, from 06:00 to 06:30 [UTC+8]

•Potential Impact Scope: Login and registration, SMS/email notifications, deposit and withdrawal services, and some futures trading functionalities.

•The update is expected to have a minimal duration, and all affected services will resume immediately after the upgrade.

2. Partner System Database Instance Upgrade

•Date & Time: November 15, 2024, from 06:00 to 07:00 [UTC+8]

• Impact Scope: During the update, the affiliate service will be temporarily unavailable. This may affect participation in homepage welcome activities, lottery events, and personal trading competition registrations. Normal service will resume once the update is complete.
