Deposit address guidelines
- Please note that deposits made in a different cryptocurrency from the one supported by WEEX will not be credited. Before making a deposit, please ensure that the cryptocurrency you intend to deposit is supported by WEEX and that its full name matches the one specified on the platform. For example, if you intend to deposit Bitcoin (BTC), make sure that the deposit address and the name of the cryptocurrency match the BTC specifications on WEEX. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the loss of your funds.
- Please be aware that sending funds to the wrong address or network can result in permanent loss of funds. Before making a deposit, please double-check the deposit address and network to ensure they are accurate. Do not deposit ETH to a BTC address or BNB to an ERC20 address, as this will result in the loss of funds. Additionally, please avoid depositing ERC20 network assets to a chain or another network, as this may also result in the loss of funds.
- Please note that deposits that do not reach the minimum amount will not be credited to your account. To avoid any issues, please ensure that you check the minimum deposit amount for your chosen cryptocurrency on the deposit page of our platform. If the amount you deposit falls below the minimum deposit unit, it will not be credited to your account.
- Incorrectly sending funds on the OPBNB chain will result in the funds not being credited and unrecoverable. Please ensure you do not send to the wrong address.
Notice on Transferring to the Wrong Chain
If you deposit or withdraw cryptocurrency to the wrong address, WEEX will not be held responsible for any losses. If you withdraw from WEEX to the wrong address, WEEX cannot help you retrieve the cryptocurrency. If you deposit a cryptocurrency that WEEX does not support or in a way that WEEX does not support, the cryptocurrency cannot be retrieved. If you deposit a cryptocurrency that WEEX does not yet support or does not support, WEEX will not be held responsible for any losses.
Note: WEEX strongly reminds and urges all users to exercise caution when depositing cryptocurrency. Users are responsible for ensuring that the process is entirely accurate when transferring funds to their WEEX account.
