★ WEEX Elite Trader Code of Conduct

WEEX elite traders should abide by the code of conduct as follows:

1. Expected qualities of a WEEX elite trader

Have a proven and professional trading strategy.

Have an outstanding trading track record.

Have a rigorous trading risk control system.

Familiar with WEEX's mission, vision, and values.

Familiar with WEEX's brand values.

Be knowledgeable about WEEX's product features and performance.

Be willing to grow together with WEEX.

2. Profit sharing rule

Elite traders get a 10% net profit share from their copiers.

3. Code of Conduct

1. Elite traders must not make any defamatory or damaging comments about WEEX.
2. Elite traders shall not make any promise of profit to attract copiers.
3. Elite traders shall help their copiers to make a profit to the best of their ability, bear in mind the risk to copiers, and not engage in any wash trading for greater profits or higher commission.
4. Elite traders must not use "high-risk, high-return" trading strategies that create uncontrollable risk for copiers.
5. To protect the interests of copiers, elite traders shall not display, reveal, or imply any social accounts or contact information in areas that display aliases, profiles, and other information.
6. Elite traders are allowed (but not advised) to share their trading results in the official WEEX community, but are prohibited from soliciting copiers in the community. A warning will be issued if an elite trader posts content in the community to solicit copiers. If the warning is ineffective, the elite trader will be banned for seven days and may lose their elite trader status.
7. Elite traders are prohibited from using multiple accounts for matched orders. Once found, they will be permanently disqualified from making elite trades.
8. Elite traders shall not operate in bad faith, including but not limited to conducting any malicious wash trading to attract more copiers or to increase the amount invested by copiers. The elite trader's account will be permanently banned if they are found to be operating in bad faith.
9. In cases of severe consequences resulting from the actions of elite traders, WEEX reserves the right to intervene, which may include disqualifying the elite trader and canceling their account.
