[Urgent!] Retiring of Old Futures on Next iOS App Update

Dear WEEXers,

To enhance your trading experience and improve our platform services, WEEX will be retiring the old Futures trading system with the next iOS app update next Tuesday (Oct, 1st 2024). We encourage all users to transition to the new Futures Pro system as soon as possible.

What You Need to Do:

• Please ensure you close all open positions on the old futures system.
• Move your assets to the new Futures Pro system to avoid any disruption to your trading activities.

*Please note that any trading anomalies or losses caused by system updates will not be eligible for compensation if users fail to perform related actions in advance. We strongly recommend that you update to the new App to ensure your trading operates smoothly.
