Official Announcement: Pause of First Trade Protection Campaigns

As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a fair and transparent trading environment, we have made the decision to pause all first trade protection campaigns effective April 10th, 2024. This temporary measure has been taken due to the identification of a significant number of abnormal users engaging in fraudulent behavior, including the creation of multiple accounts to exploit the first trade protection feature.

For those of you who activated the first trade protection on April 9th and 10th, 2024, we want to assure you that we are actively reviewing trading activities. Genuine users who have adhered to the rules of the campaigns will be compensated accordingly. Please note that the review process may take up to 15 business days, but we are committed to ensuring that all legitimate users receive the compensation they are entitled to.

We understand the importance of these campaigns to our community, and we are dedicated to restructuring them in a manner that preserves their benefits while safeguarding against fraudulent activity. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we work to implement these changes.

We will keep you informed of any updates regarding the campaign, so please stay tuned for further announcements.
