How to delete your account?

Dear WEEXers,

If you wish to delete your account, please follow these steps on the app's home page: click on the profile picture in the top left corner > go to Security > choose Delete Account. Follow the instructions to complete.

The account deletion review process takes approximately one business day to complete. Once it's done, please log out of your account to finalize the deletion process.

Once the account is deleted, you will no longer be able to log in or perform any actions. Please make sure to transfer any remaining funds out of the account beforehand.

Additionally, in compliance with regulatory requirements, deleting your account does not erase any linked information. Please be aware of this.
