Check the latest software version first:Official Navigation Page and Download Links
- Make sure to log in to your account.
- On the contract trading page, click on the 【Network-X】 in the middle on the right to switch to a faster line.
- Click on the upper left corner of the homepage to enter and select the gear in the upper right corner, then click on 【Network Check】
- Please go to your phone's 【Settings】>【Cellular】>【Cellular Data】>Turn off 【Allow Cellular Data Switching】.
- Please go to your phone's 【Settings】>【Cellular】>【Telecom/Mobile】>In 【Voice & Data】 select 4G, do not use 5G for now.
- Ensure that your network environment is greater than 100 Mbps.
- You can switch between Wi-Fi and your own telecom network, and try reconnecting; or restart the software, commonly known as killing the background and restarting, then log in again.
**Please note that when you switch network environments, there may be a network error prompt, warning you that you are switching network environments.
