Q: How many accounts can one person have?
A: Hello, to protect the rights of every user, our platform policy allows only one account per person. Each valid ID number can only be used to open one account. To safeguard your personal information, please do not share your personal details with others for registration.
Q: How to create an account?
A: Please click on the "Avatar" on the upper left > "Login/Register" > there is a "Register" on the upper right, and you can complete the registration after verifying your mobile phone number or email.
Q: How to delete an account?
A: To comply with regulatory agreements, WEEX cannot assist users deleting or erasing their data. If you no longer wish to use your account, please simply discontinue its use.
Q: Where can I view my login history?
A: After logging in to our platform, click "Avatar" > "Security Center" > "Login History" to view the historical login platform information. Login history is there to ensure that all activities are being carried out on your devices. If you notice any access from a device that is not yours, please contact customer service immediately.
Q: How to screenshot the transaction journal?
A: Please go to [Security Center] -> [Transaction Journal] to view.
- The latest transaction journal is displayed at the top.
- Scroll down to load historical data. The system stores up to one month of data for users.
The transaction journal content includes the following features and interfaces:
- The user opens and closes positions.
- User one-click close position.
- Current orders/Planned orders operations.
- Cancel regular orders/Planned orders.
- Modification of planned orders.
- Closing, take profit, stop loss, and reverse of position orders.
