How to reset your Google authenticator code?

To ensure the security of the user account, please provide the following information through the online customer service;

1. Your [UID/Phone Number/Email] (choose one)
2. A photo of you [holding your ID card] (front side), with handwritten content (Today's date is XX/XX/XXXX. I am XXX with UID XXX. I want to unbind Google Authenticator from my WEEX account, and I confirm that this is my personal operation). Please ensure all this information is clearly visible in the same photo.

Once the above information has been verified, we will promptly submit your request for processing.
