Dear WEEXers,

Q: Why is there no response after the withdrawal?
A: There are four situations,
- The withdrawal of cryptocurrency exceeds six decimal places, and the system limit cannot exceed six decimal places.
- After the recent system upgrade, detected that the login record cache was abnormal after you performed certain security operations (such as changing the password, changing the login device, withdrawing coins from different machines within 24 hours, etc.) We will suspend the account withdrawal function for 24 hours. After the countdown ends, you can usually withdraw coins.
- After uninstalling the software, go to the official website https://51weike.xyz to download the latest package again.
- You can go to https://51weike.xyz website to withdraw coins.
Please check which of the above situations applies to your account.
Q: Why USDT withdrawal not received?
A: Your withdrawal request is being processed. Since the USDT wallet transfer needs to be confirmed by multiple network nodes, whether it is transferring out or transferring in, the USDT wallet ERC-20 needs to go through 12 confirmations before entering the account. (usually takes a few minutes); USDT on the TRC20 chain requires ten proofs to be fully credited. The speed of confirmation can be affected by network conditions, blockchain operations, and other factors. Please be patient while waiting, and thank you for your understanding.
Q: How much does it cost to withdraw cryptocurrency?
A: The fees required to withdraw cryptocurrency are fees charged by miners, not by platforms.
You can click on your profile icon > [Fee Schedule] to view the withdrawal fee rates for all cryptocurrencies, or you can check the fees for the selected cryptocurrency and chain at the bottom of the withdrawal interface.
Q: What is the withdrawal service time?
A: Currently, withdrawals are available 24/7.
Q: How to add a withdrawal address?
A: You can go to the [Assets] interface and click [Withdraw Coin]. To the right of the blank space labeled [Please enter the cryptocurrency wallet address], there is a notepad symbol. Click on it, and then click [Add Address] at the bottom to add the withdrawal address to your account. When you want to use the same lesson again, click the [notepad symbol] to select the withdrawal address you recorded before.
Q: How do I view my withdrawal history?
A: Click on the [Assets] interface and then click the symbol on the top right to view your withdrawal records. You can select the cryptocurrency you want to view and see your history of withdrawal transactions.
Q: Why is the withdrawal process so slow?
A: To ensure the safety of users' funds, all withdrawal requests undergo a manual review process. Once the review is complete, your withdrawal request will be submitted to the blockchain. Our customer service team can assist you with tracking the status. Please provide your UID, phone number, or email address, and we will check it for you immediately.
Q: Is the WEEX e-wallet address in the USDT blocklisted list?
A: https://weexsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/5627011714201
All of WEEX's deposit and withdrawal addresses are fully operational. If an exchange restricts your withdrawals, it is the action of that specific platform. Please avoid other illegal exchanges that maliciously freeze user assets.
Q: Why hasn't my BTC withdrawal been received?
Q: BTC wallet transactions, whether sending or receiving, require at least 1 network node confirmation before the funds are credited. Network conditions, server factors, and other issues can affect the confirmation speed, which is beyond the platform's control. Please continue to wait patiently.
